Thank You IGONET...my Telecom Angels
As a well known Bishop in Ontario, I treasure the fact that when I am needed, people can reach me with ease. When I was faced with the decision to move, I was very perplexed when "Ma Bell" told me that the number I had maintained for a few decades would not move with me. Finding a way to keep my number seemed fruitless. Following a church service, I was introduced to the wonderful world of IGONET and what this company could do for me. Indeed it seemed like a miracle had jut happened. With just one month to spare, it was critical that I order my ATA so that my number could be ported to my IGONET Service. I ordered a unit with a Vancouver number, a virtual New York number and then my long standing number that all my contacts have, was then ported to my IGONET SERVICE. I must tell you, I felt truly blessed.
The IGONET Service has allowed me to have my grand children and great grandchildren pick up a phone and call my wife and I on a local number from New York and Vancouver. Imagine how grand it is to have them call for free and as often as they wish without the worry of how much it might cost. Whether we are at our cottage property in Ontario, other home in Wales or in Thailand, the call finds me wherever we are. It's been a few days now and my IGONET VOIP is outstanding!
The quality of signal is better than great! Two thumbs up! The Customer Service Department for IGONET is wonderful and their follow up and follow through is above approach. I have 100% confidence in IGONET after trying the product for myself. I will recommend this to anyone and everyone. I will need to disconnect my old local/LD provider as it will save me over 500.00 a year as a result. Thanks for the vision and the foresight as it relates to bringing this to the world. |

I subscribed to IGONET and then submitted my LOA to port my existing number on 3/23/06 by fax at about 10:00am. By 2:41pm I received an email confirming that they (IGONET) was in receipt of my request and that I would hear from them as soon as my previous carrier acknowledged my request. On 4/4/06, I received an email from IGONET letting me know that by 4/17, I can expect to have my old number ring on my ATA. WOW! It's not even a month later. I will NEVER go back to the mediocrity of a land based line - never. Furthermore - I won't want to give up this awesome price for services that are no cheaper than an additional $6.00 per feature with other companies. I still can't believe that all these features that we have grown so accustomed too, are all included for a ridiculous price. THANK YOU so much for linking me into IGONET.Loyal Customer, |

| Joseph, our 10 year old son, and my sister traveled to Sydney, Australia on Saturday for a holiday. I gave them my Igonet phone to try out. They called me when they got to the hotel. No problems, clear voice quality and no reverberation sounds. When they hung up I called the units London, Ontario phone number and they answered on the first ring in their hotel room in Sydney. Since then she has made a few more calls. My sister is a corporate lawyer who travels extensively throughout the world both on business and for pleasure. She said after seeing the unit work and its potential connectivity and affordability she wants a unit. This was without even knowing about all of the features especially the message forwarding to your email as an audio attachment. |

| I just wanted to let you know how much of a blessing this phone service has been for my family and I. We have been able to speak to our family all over the U.S. and even Canada. We love all the features we have with it too! Being able to use the find me follow me option and having our phones ring simultaneously wherever we are is the greatest option ever. | At first I was afraid digital phone service would not sound like regular phone service because of what I had heard about it, but IGONET's quality is excellent, sounds just like the service I had with SBC. My wife put my mother in law on hold and the music on hold feature really impressed everyone! I am still discovering all of these great features. THANK YOU very much!! |
